Digital Products

When purchasing digital teaching resources, the link to download your purchases will be automatically emailed to you, or you can download directly from the checkout page once payment had been made. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly in order to receive your download links as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your email containing the download links, please check your junk folder.

Shipping

All physical items are stocked and posted from Australia using Australia Post. You may select from standard parcel post, express post or local pickup (please see below).

Shipping costs start from $1.20 (for single greeting cards) and these do not have tracking unless requested (extra charges will apply). All other orders are posted with tracking and the tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

You can find your exact shipping costs in your cart and at checkout. Most orders can be posted out at $10 or less, but some larger orders do cost a little bit more.

All orders will be posted within 2 business days.

Local Pickup/ Drop Off

At checkout you may select local pickup/ drop off.

Local pickup is at Roelands, 6226. If you have a specific time/ date that you need to pickup please email admin@mrsstrawberry.com to confirm before placing your order.

I am also happy to drop off your order in the Eaton (6232) area ONLY. Again, if you require drop off on a specific date or time please email admin@mrsstrawberry.com to confirm before placing your order.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!
